Frequently Asked Questions
We created this web page in hopes of answering the most frequently asked questions received through the contact us form found on this website. Please browse the list of questions and answers below before submitting your question to us. Thank you.
What types of payment do you accept?
All domain and website sales will be processed through Escrow.com unless we have conducted business together in the past. In most cases we will pay the standard escrow fee. After agreeing on a price, we will initiate the escrow process and talk you through the steps. PayPal is primarily used for add on services such as contracted web design, programming, and hosting. Both Escrow and PayPal accept a variety of payment methods.
How long does it take to complete a domain name purchase?
If you already have an Escrow.com and Godaddy.com account, then, the process can be completed in less than one week. The transaction completion time depends upon how fast you can create those two accounts, clear a payment, and transfer the domain name. Bumps along the way are common. We will guide you through the process and together we will get it done.
Do you offer financing or leasing options?
If you have experience in this industry, we can discuss a payment plan or lease bundled with hosting and other services. We would need to see an active LinkedIn account or other easy way to verify your experience.
How do I know you wont try to cheat me?
Escrow.com protects us both and that's why we use their service. You can also learn more about our business owner John Napoletano on LinkedIn. LinkedIn lets you know that you are dealing with a real person with industry experience.
What languages do you speak for purchase or other support?
We are native English and Thai speakers. If you have a sense of humor then we should be able to get through a purchase transaction in Spanish. Portuguese, Italian, and French are a stretch but might be do-able with the help of Google Translate. Escrow.com supports both English and Chinese.
